Half Day Mindfulness Retreat

We also have an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course starting in March 2020. If it’s been difficult to continue a mindfulness practice on your own, having the support of a teacher and a group can make a big difference. You’ll find more information here.
