Note: You will need a password to access these recordings. We will share the password with you if you have previously attended our classes, or if you sign up for our mailing list and newsletter.

Please contact us with any questions you may have about their use.  We recommend they be used in conjunction with (or after) attendance at a teacher-led mindfulness training, since they do not replace the depth of teaching you will receive in a class setting.
