Half Day Virtual Mindfulness Retreat

Date: TBA

Time: 9:30 to 12:30

Location: Virtual using Zoom

From 9:30 to 10:00 there will be an introduction to mindfulness and we will answer your questions about meditation practice.  Starting at 10:00, the retreat will be a silent mindfulness practice, alternating between sitting and walking periods with no further instruction.

The retreat is appropriate for participants with limited experience as well as more experienced practitioners.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course

This 8-week course was developed by Jon Kabat Zinn at the UMass Medical School in the 1980s. It is now being taught at hundreds of locations across the country. Introduction/Orientation (required):

Course Sessions:
Dates: March 25th to May 13th
Times: 6:00 – 8:30 pm EST

Full day retreat:
Date: May 1st
Time: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm EST

  1. I would be interested in the availability of your course in Washington state, say in Tacoma, for example. I believe the organization I work with, Recovery Innovations, might be interested in incorporating the principles and practice you teach into our work place.
