Mindfulness through Poetry & Story
Date: Coming in Spring 2023
Time: 8:00 to 9:00 am
Location: Virtual on Zoom
We’ll start with a very short introduction to mindfulness followed by a story or poem which we’ll use as inspiration and a container for practice. There will be time for journal writing and a 20 minute meditation. You’re welcome to share about your experience, but only if you choose to do so.

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course
This 8-week course was developed by Jon Kabat Zinn at the UMass Medical School in the 1980s. It is now being taught at hundreds of locations across the country. Introduction/Orientation (required):

I believe the organization I work with, Recovery Innovations, might be interested in incorporating the principles and practice you teach into our work place.
