Mindfulness in the Midst
Thank you for registering for a Mindfulness and Wellbeing Drop-In Class.
Please look for an email from us that will contain the zoom link and password to use to access your session plus a confirmation of the day and time you registered for.
Our sessions are held on:
Monday mornings 8:00 am to 9:00 am ET
Thursday evenings 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm ET
NOTE: These are individual, stand-alone sessions; however if you attend them in sequence, they do build upon each other.
Fall sessions begin on Monday September 14th.
Schedule: We’ll start with an introduction to mindfulness principles and practices. Next, there will be a guided meditation for about 20 minutes and then we’ll end with an opportunity to ask questions.
No previous mindfulness or meditation experience is needed.
