Mindfulness in the Midst

Thank you for registering for our Drop-In session.
Please look for an email from us that will contain the zoom link and password to use to access your session.

Our sessions will be held on:
Mondays 8:00 to 9:00 am ET
Wednesdays 8:00 to 9:00 am ET

After 20 weeks of providing sessions on Monday and Wednesday mornings, we have decided to end this series for the Summer and resume in the Fall. Our last session for the Summer will be next Wednesday July 1st.

Schedule: We’ll start with an introduction to mindfulness principles and practices. Next, there will be a guided meditation for about 20 minutes and then we’ll end with an opportunity to ask questions.

No previous mindfulness or meditation experience is needed.
