Drop-In Class Registration

Mindfulness through Poetry & Story

Thank you for registering for a Mindfulness & Wellbeing Drop-In Class.
Please look for an email from us that will contain the zoom link and password to use to access your session plus a confirmation of the day and time you registered for.

Beginning on January 4th 2022, our drop-in sessions will be held on:
Tuesday mornings 8:00 am to 9:00 am ET

NOTE: These are individual, stand-alone sessions. No previous mindfulness or meditation experience is needed.

Schedule: We’ll start with a very short introduction to mindfulness and a story or poem which we’ll use as inspiration and a container for practice. This will be followed by journal writing and a 20 minute meditation. There will also be time for sharing if you choose to do so.

These sessions are offered free in a spirit of generosity in these challenging times. However, donations are welcome.
